Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted free of charge for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items. Return shipping costs will be covered by Trendseta.

Returns due to a change of mind, wrong size/color selection, or other personal reasons may incur return shipping fees based on the product price. Applicable shipping fees may be deducted from your refund.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the item.

Items must be returned unused, with original packaging and labels intact.

Some items may be designated as final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. Please check the product page for details.
Refunds

Once a return is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after the returned item reaches Trendseta.

Shipping fees or other charges may be excluded from the refund, except for free return shipping due to product issues.
Shipping Delays & Liability
Trendseta is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
